SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship all orders via USPS. In-stock items typically process within two to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For pre-orders, your item will ship on the date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we may hold the shipment until all items are ready unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Domestic delivery times vary based on USPS and your location. International orders also ship via USPS where available. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility. Tracking is provided when available. Customs delays are outside our control, but if anything appears stuck, contact us and we will help investigate.
